The Writing Life — CONs

Starting Thursday, the vast majority of MW staff will be at Dragon*Con. I am taking off that morning with pals at 8:30 a.m., leaving behind the hubby and the dogs. And yes, I’m giddy with excitement and slightly terrified. Which is why I am not posting a blog today. Instead, I have gathered all the schedules I could and am posting them here. If you are hitting D*C, come see us!

  • Thanks for posting this Faith! I’m looking forward to seeing all you folks at the Con! :)

Just FYI: for those who have smartphones, Dragon Con actually has an app (I’ve got it on my iphone, I’m guessing they have it for android, too). It’s got a schedule you can make of stuff you want to see. The app is free. :)

Wow — I really wish I could be there! The panels look fantastic. I hope you all have a wonderful time.

  • Have a fantastic time! Those panels all look wonderful. One of these days I’d like to go, but Penny Arcade Expo tends to happen this weekend, so that’s where I’ll be soaking up my dose of geek culture. :)

  • Gypsyharper

Looks like there are some great panels! I wish I was going. Have fun everyone!

Everyone have a great time. Really wish that I could be there now this time. Been a rough month as some of you know…

Hopefully family trip to Minnesota won’t be as bad as it will seem, especially only being up there two weeks ago for funeral.

Once again have a wonderful time and have a drink or two or even three for me. As Faith call me your M.W.M… Magical Words Minion.

Will see you hopefully all soon. Some i know will be sooner than ConCarolinas!

  • Vyton

Faith, It looks like the MW folks *are* the Con. Have a great time. I hope to make it to Dahlonega.

  • What a great schedule! Wish I could be there, but this weekend is just too crazy to get away. Have fun everyone.

  • Can’t wait, y’all!! See you very soon!

Sigh. I got a roommate. Got everything planned. And then everything unraveled. *Sniff* Everyone have a blast.

Now, if someone needs a roomie for Comic Con in NY, I am housebroken and my husband the Tall Dude won’t let me bite or growl. Let me know.
